Wat if your best guy friend hugs u with no problem, and when he is dared to kiss you, he doesnt mind it, because my friend to my crush(my guy friend) to kiss me, so he gives me a hug and kisses me on the cheek. he doesnt have a problem with doing that stuff to me. does this mean he likes me? also, we have made out before, but the kiss was a dare, although it was only supposed to be a peck, but he went french. If he doesnt want to be my bf, then y does he keep doing all this stuff with me?

This may mean he likes you and hes to shy to tell you upfront. Or maybe he just does this cause he has nothing better to do. If you confront him maybe he'll tell you he likes you. But if he tells you he doesnt and he tries to do something to you again. Tell him to back off, maybe then he'll tell you his true feelings, but if he doesnt i think you should forget about him and dont bother wasting your time.
