Everyone in my family married young... I m 16 and my parents r pushin me 2 get wit a guy n stick wit him... what should i do?

WOW geez. That is young. You still have a lot to live for and you need to tell them that. Just sit them down and be like "Mom, dad, I know you guys married young and so did everyone else, but now-a-days you don't get married that young. I'm only 16.. I have A LOT to live for and I still haven't found "the one" for me. I still need to go out and have fun first before I settle down with someone." Just say something like that and how you feel about this situation and stuff and that you're sorry you're not ready, but you're just too young right now. Hope this helps and good luck.
