O.K. well i think that if shes going through problems, tell her that you are there for her like all the time, and if it is very bad, tell your parents they WILL help!
This was your answer to my last advice question.
I asked my parents to help, and so this morning, they talked to her, and I was listening to the whole conversation, and my mom told her everything she thought and was worried like me, but she won't listen to them.
