My best friend invited me to this great waterpark in the Dells, but she made me promise I wouldn't tell anyone. My other friend asked me if I was going somewhere with her, because we were leaving school at the same time early, so I said no, because I made a promise to my best friend. Then that friend gets all mad at me because later, she finds out I really DID go on a trip with my best friend, so she won't talk to me because I lied to her. Then my best friend gets all mad at me because I told her, even though I really didn't- I don't even know how she found out! I've tried to talk to both of them, but now both of them won't even talk to me...it's hopeless...and it's weird because these two friends have like totally been trying to pull me their way, like fighting over me, and I'm ALWAYS stuck in the middle of their fights. I've tried talking to them, but it won't work...what do I do?
Thanks,
Sick of all these fights

I think that you should get them both together, like ask them to go over to your house and if they dont tlak to you say im serious! i NEED to talk to you! then when they get there or wherever, tell them that you hate being in the middle of their fights, and tell the friend who you lied to tell her that you are so sorry but you couldnt tell anyone. then if your other friend thinks you told her about it say you didnt, i know that you already have but keep trying! I hope i helped a little! *Marielle* [ mgh12's advice column | Ask mgh12 A Question ]
