SammyPie answered Saturday August 7 2004, 9:30 pm: Open up your paint program and put the picture into it. Then select the "Image" tab and click on "stretch and skew". Then you select your percentages to make it smaller (but make sure each percentage is the same to keep everything even and proportioned.)

Next highlight it using the squaRe outlined box image on the paint toolbaR on the top Right coRneR... Then go to IMAGE and STRECH/SKEW! Then make it smalleR by selecting the appRopRiate peRcentage!
