hey ok im 13 and i weigh liek 120-130 and i really really wanna lose all this extra weight i have before school starts and i jsut really wanna feel good about myself and everything...help me? what can i do...is there any way that i can lose weight easy and fast?

1 eat healthy..veggies fruits..wheat bread NOT white..
2 do 300 crunches and 100 situps each day..
3 run..if u run out of breath easy then take a long walk everyday about a mile
4 eat 6 little meals a day..dont eat 3 BIG meals
5 and get active..play basketball or something if u like sports..
