yup... suppose you knew that u wouldnt be able to buy food for a very long time... what would u do... store food rite? well ur body does the same thing... if u dont eat much ur body stores the food that u do eat as fat...ur body is thinking i dont know when im going to get food again ]
hey.. yea it is true. But i dont know if it's harder to lose than regualr fat. Since your body has no food in it, it just takes all the water and tries to keep your stomach full so you don't die. Thats why when you see pictures of people that are starving, they sometimes have a big stomach. xOox <33 cOrna ]
If you don't eat at all or eat sparingly then your body will think that you are starving and start to store fat making it harder to lose weight. Your body needs calories (good calories) to burn stored energy and expel it, if there is nothing in there to burn then your body will try to convert anything to stored fat to keep you from starving. After so long of not eating the body will begin to shut down major organs which is why people who starve themselves are at such a health risk. ]
Yes that is true. If you dont eat all of the "cells" lets just say need food so they will eat the fat that is in your and get bigger. i hope i helpd ]
actually, its called water weight and its easier to lose than fat, because its based on a lot of wated in your body, so it is much easier to get rid of than fat
from what i know i dont think theres such thing as water fat, but i could be wrong i guess ]
