first off i just wanna say that i wrestle so i know about loseing weight but it sounds like thats not what u wanna do so if i were u i would do side curls thats when u lay on ur side with the top half of ur boady suspended in the air and curl your self up and down. If u do that 20 times a day on each side those damn things will be gone in no time

Getting rid of love handles can only be accomplished via a concentrated diet and weight loss regime. In time, they will go away - so that's the good news!
