what is napalm?

well, it was a joke...

you see, napalm is a substance used by the military... it is essentially gelatinous gasoline with magnesium and phosphorous in it to allow it to burn underwater. It is dropped in bombs, explodes, and sticks to its intended targets.

Now, if you really want a serious answer to the question you first posed, then: that is normal.
