hi, my name is Trisha and I am 14 and 5"3 tall and wieghs 127, I really wanna lose wieght fast! like in a week or sumthin without sacrificing my eating habits, and pleez dont say anything mean or inappropriate pleaaz , thanx!

try going to the ymca or a local gym, n exercise exercise n exercise! also try jogging our walkin around your neighboorhood,tht will help also!

don't lose weight.... i'm the same age and height and i just weigh 2 pounds less than you you probably look fine i'm sure your gorgeous as you are but if you want to lose a couple of pouds cut out alot of sugar from your diet and do crunches (50) every night... it sounds like alot but it will have great results... hope i helped! but don't go anorexic on me please!!

A good thing to do is sit-ups they work rally fast and they help tightin up the stomach rally well, now if u wanna lose weight u gotta be dedicated and u cant slack off, try doin sit-up's every day for about 7 min thn right after that do leg raises, kep doin that and youll look alot thinner

Wow....i say why need to loose weight thats a pretty decent size for your age. However, if your really upset with yourself ( which you shouldnt be) Try running every other day...and go from there to weights and lifting. Watch what you eat but dont deprive yourself from the things you love! I mean come on, when your craving those fries.....give yourself a little!!!

well it sounds like u dont weigh that much anyways...and u cant loose much weight within a week...but maybe a pound..n thats if u exercise everyday...dont drink pop...n eat maybe like once a day...thats bout it...but it would probably make u really sick so idk..
