loose a couple pounds does anyone know how to loose a couple pounds in like a week?

i don't think these will help you necessarily lose weiqht, but it will help tone your stomach!! which makes u look like you've lost weiqht.
take two 5 pound weiqhts nd hold them in your riqht hand, then without leaninq forward or backward.. lean to your riqht side until you feel your left side of your tummy stretchinq nd come back up. repeat 10 to 15 times. do the same on your left side. You can try this every niqht to only 3 times a week. But be careful because with this exercise you can easily pull a muscle... nd nobody wants that to happen!! nd try a healthier diet! hope this helps!

Eat less, run/jog, play some basketball, drink diet cokes, and drink lots of water. ]
*Exercise, diet, cut off on snacks and only eat healthy foods for the 3 meals. Also running and walking really helps!!* ]

drink tons of water, eat salad, dont eat b4 u go 2 bed, n run alot ]
