me and my best friend both like this guy. but secretly behind her back i have made out with him and had sex. I dont want to tell her cause it might hurt her feelings. I really like the guy and im glad were going out but I dont want to end this friendship. :-/

Well, you should have told your friend up first. But, if shes your friend she'll understand. Make sure you are truly sorry. If you love this boy go out with him. If not, dont risk a friend for a boy!
