I've had a few friends that used to cut and trust me your cousin needs to get help Right Now! Its a illness and she needs to get it taken care of. And about the running away thing..you need to tell them about that also..because like the other one something bad could happen to her..she may just be mad at them for grounding her but to tell you the truth thats nothing compared to what could happen to her if she ran away...but you need to tell her parents as soon as possible so they can get her some help..Even if she hates you or is mad at you for a long time..i promise you wont regret! Just whatever you decide make sure you make your move really fast! Good luck and i hope everything goes okay for you!
