I have this friend who i am not really sure likes me all that much. She has 2 other friends that she hangs out with more than me and she sais we are "BEST FRIENDS FOREVER!" HELPPPP!!!

Well, for starters, maybe you need to get to know the other friends and not just blow them off, and secondly, maybe she does like you, she just doesnt get to see her other 2 friends all that often...
