If she's decided to stay as friends, there's not much you can do about it. You don't wanna push her or anything. Keep your friendship. Sometimes staying as friends can be even better than being girlfriends and boyfriends. I know it may hurt, but you'll get over it in time. It's probably a little crush. Crushes always seem like a big thing, but later it turns out that it really wasn't. You'll find someone new, I'm sure of it. =)

Sounds to me like she's trying to treat you like a normal friend and ignore your crush on her, and she'd normally tell her friends what's on her mind, etc.
