Okay, "getting head," I think is what you're talking about. This is for a guy - when a girl gives a guy head, she's giving him a blowjob.(There is, unfortunately, no elegant way to put this, other than a girl sucking on a guy's penis.)
A guy fingers you by inserting his finger(s) into your vagina, simulating the motion of a penis during sex (sort of).
The bases are, flatly, this:
