k well most ppl say im not fat but they say if i lose like 5 more pounds ill be anorecsic! I know im not gonna be anorecsic so im trying to find a easy way to lose weight and a way so i still have time to do other things. i dont want to stop eating or overly exercize. Can some1 help me out i really dunno how i can do this.?

You can alot of meals if you just eat healthy and dont eat junk food. Eat veggies and fruits, instead of white bread or rolls eat wheat bread,dont eat alot of pastas unless from healthy choice or something and eat lean meats. If you read the nutrition label on the back..look at calories from fat and the sugar also look at if it has alot of fiber, potassium and things like that.

I've been dieting and doing exercises for sometime now and it's been working so let me tell you what I've been doing. First of all, watch your calorie intake. Still eat 3 times a day but if you need to snack then snack on fruits and veggies. Also, don't eat past 7pm. For exercise, I recommend going walking in your neighborhood if you can. Also, some of the exercises that you can do that I've been doing are leg lifts which you lay on one side and bring your leg up and down. I recommend starting with 30 on each leg. If that's too easy then do more of course. Also, you can do arm curls. If you have small weights those will be good to use. Basically, you bring your arms down in front of you and keeping your elbows still bring your weights up to your chest. You'll want to do as many of those as you can. You can, also, do crunches or situps. One last thing, I recommend you stretching before you go to bed. It helps you to sleep better and while you're sleeping that's when your body burns more fat.
