my friends have been telling me that it would be really easy for me to have an eating disorder and recently everyone has been talking about it. they tell me stuff like, "you could have an eating disorder and no one would know it..." stuff like that. it irritates me sooo much! because i don't have an eating disorder. i know how dangerous they are and i'm not stupid enough to have an eating disorder...what can i do to make them stop bugging me and treat me like a normal person?!?!?!
*(utterly confused)*

i am so sorry that your friends are saying that! first of all, eating disorders are beyond unhealthy. they are unsanitary, they make your brain slow down, they make you weak if you get too into it, and no guy, honestly, likes someone with bones. am i right? guys, help me out.
also, being overweight isn't healthy either, but if you maintain a good weight (go to your doctor and check out the weight/height chart for your age :D) and eat good food (which is hard to do... trust me) and get active, you will look great! not to mention feel great too!
but... to answer your question.. haha... let them know what you know. that eating disorders are dangerous and stupid and that you would LOVE it if they would stop bugging you! If they're really your friends, they will listen. Trust me ;D
Under His love,
