i get really shy when im around the person i like...and i wanna sit next to this person i like when i have to see her tonight...but she might not wanna sit next to me...and i get caught up my words...and i will b really shy around her...cause i havent been around her when i have deep feelings for her...and now tonight i have to...i love her...i dont know wat to do

The one thing about the heart is that it blurrs things up sometimes. You're not shy; no one is. Some people are just more unsure of themselves than others.
Try to sit next to her. It's not like you're gunna suddenly grope her, right? It's just a place to sit. She can't really deny you a place to sit. That's not civil, haha.
Why would you get caught up in your words? Just be yourself, act like the way you did before you had feelings for her. Tell some jokes, bring up some memories, just be calm. Nothing bad ever happened from talking to someone. Lightening won't strike you, you won't have 7 years bad luck (despite what some peopel say).
