thnx for the last advice im tryin crunches i just dont no what to do im starting to feel guilty eating

dont feel guilty. if u are working out then there isnt a point right? you need to eat or youll feel weak, sick, and get unhealthy. keep exersisng and stay positive. know that at least you put effort into all this, and know that you will see results and itll be worth it. good luck, and this will pass. ]
dont. ik what u mean but its ok everybody has to eat, its your energy to live. ik it sux especially after u eat and you feel bloated and everything but to maybe feel better eat a healthier choice, after u feel pretty good knowing u chose that instead of something not as good for u. and if u love sweets (like me) give yourself a treat, trust me you can eat as much as u want if u exersise. just eat when u r hungry and stop when u arent anymore, dont leave the table feeling really full. if u do all this, slowly you wont feel as guilty anymore. and its ok to indulge on something every now and then..we all have to. and if u really crave a piece of chocolate cake and dont take it, usualyl youll overeat on it or something else later. balance out what u eat and if u still dont feel good run a little or do some exersise after u have a meal, you wont feel as bad. ]
