If a young man is perfectly healthy, he may lose an erection when normally aroused for no reason at all, once in a while. If he is grown and not yet middle aged, it is probably because he was turned off. If he is older it may be age-triggered impotency.
Most probably it was just an incident with the male's body, and had nothing to do with the female. It just happens sometimes, it cannot really be remedied unless it is triggered by age or disease. I suggest, if this is a problem, to purchase a devise (namely a penis ring, placed at the base of the penis to increase blood sustention in the body) which aids in this specific thing. If it is not a reoccurring problem, it was most probably a freak accident.
