Influencial friends
I have this friend that changes me every time I hang out wth her. I end up doing thigs I normally wouldnt do, and things I end up regretting. I have to lie to everyine, even my closest friends and family just to cover up some of the things we've done together. But we have a lot of fun when we hang out and she really is my friend. We've been friends for 3 years. I'm just so confused.

It sounds like she really isnt a friend if she is putting you in a situation your gonna have to lie about. Just say no, or tell her you dont feel comfortable doing something. If it helps any, have other friends with you when you hang out. Talk to her about how you feel and if she is a true friend, she will understand. Easier said than done.
