Every year I vacation in my absolute favorite place in the entire world. I have so many really close friends up there and I always have a wonderful time. I just got back 2 days ago and my parents told me we aren't going up next year. I've felt really sick to my stomach the last few days, back til the night before I left and I've been feeling kind of nauseated. Do you think it's just an awkward time to get sick, or do you think this could just be a serious case of home sickness?
Mercy_x_Me answered Saturday July 24 2004, 12:12 pm: it could be a coincidence. I know what you feel like. I just went to the one place i actually feel at home nd i dont know when im going back, and yeahh i feel kinda sick, but emotionally. Ask your parents again, plead them b/c it sounds like you really like the place, express how much you love it, offer to do chores or get a job if the money has anything to do with it. If none of this helps, leave one in my inbox.

Try to reason with your parents, if you let them know how much you always look forward to those trips, maybe they'll give in and arrange plans to keep going there. It's worth a try =]
