whats a "south beach diet"?

Go to www.southbeachdiet.com and you can find out there.. it says you can loose weight in a short period of time. It worked for my aunt so it should work for you if you do it right. The South diet isnt a low-fat/carb diet. It helps you to know like the rigth carbs and stuff and right fats so your not eating fatty fat foods! It helps you to eat healhty to.. so its good for you and its not to bad-trix
