My Buddy.......at leasty thats what i thought

My friend is always being soo mean to me but we been friends for a very!! long time i want us to be as tight as we were like in 5th grade but it's like she dosent want that, I always try to be kind and nice to her but she treats me like dirt then the next day she says: WERE BEST FRIENDS!!! Please TELL ME WATS HER PROBLEM?? IS IT ME??
