Maybe give some free advice about: Friendship?

If you don't want to sleep with him absolutley DON'T! If you don't feel right about it then it's not time for you to have sex. Most likely hes just looking for sex so he could probably have sex with anyone and be satisfied. E-mail him, talk to him online, on the phone, or sit down with him and explain why you don't want to. Tell him you care to much about your friendship to ruin it by having sex, and if he really is a bestfriend he should totally understand. Good luck!
