I always go to the mall with my best friend. Everytime we go and i try on something cute she tells me its ugly and i have bad taste and then buys it for herself and i ask her why if she thought it was ugly and she says it looks bad on me and it hurts i dont know what to do

Theres a few things u can do here. One talk to her about it althought it might not seem easy talkings always a good solution. If that doesnt work the first time then stop shopping with her find another friend to go with and if your bestt friend is hurt by that or asks why you stopped shopping with her than retalk it over with her and say well u hurt me and explain noone likes to be told they look bad in something by someone who goeas behind their back and buys it for themselves. Also you may want to think about this, is she even a friend? a real friend would not try to bring u down and make u feel selfconsious about how something looks on your body they would compliment u or suggest somethign else and then knowing u liked it first why would a real friend convince u not to get it so they can? think about it and i hope i helped!
