Ok. Take a deep breath. You are not weird because you haven't kissed anyone yet. I have answered this one in my column recently. You can look at my answer (and if you click on view a bunch more excellent answers). In short, brush your teeth. You kiss when you feel like it, but usually you would be staring at a guy (or girl) and they keep moving their head into your face. Some people close their eyes at this point. Hold your lips together and touch yours to theirs. You can practice on a pillow.
