My Dad is always at the bar drinking with his friends and my mom goes to the casino because she doesn't want to deal with my Dad. I'm usually home alone all day and most of the night, this is really bothering me how do I let my parents know what they are doing is hurting me??? Thank you

you need to sit them both down (when your dad is sober and your mom hasen't been gambling) and just talk to them about it. if they keep doing what they're doing now, tell a neighbor or another adult you trust about it. they'll know what to do. good luck!
