my mother dyed several weeks ago and i am having trouble getting over it any tips?

Ok well my dad died a couple years ago so i know how it feels.. give it time.. it's not something you need to get over right away.. things to help you get over it is just remember all the good times you had with them.. you can also talk to your friends and family.. look at pictures of her.. and if your becoming depressed see your doctor and he can prescribe a anti-depressant.. (( i had one )) or if your really sad and don't know what to do you can call one of those helpline thingys or ask your mom to bring to to a counselor/ physcologist..
