If you really are overweight and have been told you are, then there are thinks can help you lose weight! Yes i know diets can be hard because my uncle use to be on one and he never could stay on it. But he lost a few pounds by excersizing. Things like curlups, crunches, weight lifting work. But i think that mainly running work help you burn fat. Running for about an hour a day or more is a really good way to get in shape! I know it seems like alot, but sometimes running laps isnt that hard either! Im not an absolute expert on loseing weight, but if you go and see a Doctor, they can suggest a ton of ways to lose weight! But i suggest that if you eat snacks like in between meals, then just cut down on those for a bit, because those may be what's causing it! But when you're around guys, you have to have confidence! Hun if you're around guys, and they enjoy being around you..chances are you're not fat. you just have low-self confidence! But i hope any of this helped!~*~kendall~*~ [ xoWiLdnPiNkxo's advice column | Ask xoWiLdnPiNkxo A Question ]
