flat stomach

i've read your advice column, you seem to give really good advice. um..well, i'm not overweight, and i'm happy with my body, except for my stomach. i have a huge flab on it. what can i do that doesn't involve a whole lot of time, cuz i'm super busy?

I don't feel I have the answer to your question. I do know that even a few minutes of exercise a day does wonders. Most people do crunches or sit ups. If you figure out how to have a flat stomach, let me know because I could use one myself. Sorry that I am not much help on this one.
