It's good that you took intiative to lose weight, but the most important thing is that you feel good about yourself. People are always going to make comments about eachother, the trick is to ignore them. I know that it's hard to just ignore comments people make, but if they don't get a reaction out of you, they'll shut up. As for losing more weight, I have a few suggestions :) :
1.Running will get your heart rate pumping & it will tone up your whole body in addition to losing weight.
2.SWIMMING! it works every muscle in your body, with all the benefits of running.
3.Try renting a pilates or yoga video, or taking a class. It's an easy way to tone up your body and work on flexibilty.
To answer your height and weight question, that depends on your frame. I did a little research in this is what I came up with:
If you have a SMALL FRAME (you're tiny all around, not an athletic figure), you should be between 111-124. If you have a MEDIUM FRAME (a figure such as a soccer player), you should be between 124-138. If you have a LARGE FRAME (big-boned), you should be between 131-147. So, you're perfect for your height, right in the middle of the small frame!
I'm 5"5 and weigh 124 :)
