Sit your friends down, make sure there are no sharp objects around, and then you act as the 'mediator'. Ask friend #1 what she has against friend #2. And vice versa. Then you ask them how do they think they can solve the problems and continue to be friends. If they are too wild to sit down, then just knock them senseless and duct tape them to chairs and then repeat steps one and two.
