well if ur really into soccer theres this saying to do 1000 touches a day. my friend does it and she said its really easy. u dont have to count. just dribble for like 20 minutes. u can do it. that and u can kick the ball against a wall; if its in the air dont use ur hands, trap it with ur body. i hope i helped....Me

practice Passing to an object keep going farther back then start running and kicking it to that object
Also you can practice dribbling with your self and try to dribble without looking at the ball ]
