Ok, My girlfirend and i have been having lots of difficulties...I hate her is more like it. but because of certain circumstances I am unable to break up with her. Now, because really CANT break up with her, does it still count as a relationship? do all the same rules apply?

Well, what situations leave you with not breaking up with her? If you really can't break up with her, try to make it work out, or make her break up with YOU. So she takes the fault of a nasty breakup, and no worries on you. While you're in the relationship still, the rules do apply, sorry!!!
