Distance

Question Posted Tuesday July 6 2004, 5:18 pm

Me and my friend have been really close since the 6th grade, and we have always gotten through all of our problems by talking them out. But just recently, since school got out actually, she's been acting different...distant. I tried to talk to her about it, asking her if anything was wrong or if something happened, and she just brushes it away. She won't have a conversation with me and I'm worried she is going to block me out entirly soon. How should I deal with it?

talk to her one on one. Tell her your side of it and make sure to be open-minded of hers also. Try to make her see your side without making her feel like a bad person. Explain why you wanted to talk and that you dont want to ruin your friendship that has lasted so long.
