I can't figure him out.
Ok..this might be kind of long. I've liked this boy for 2 years. The first year...didn't really know him, so I guess it was just a little crush. Second year...we started talking more and I got to know him better and started really falling for him. Then, he switched schools in the middle of the year....didn't talk to him for months and I just kind of tried to forget about him. Then about May we start talking online...and I tell him how I feel. And he says he wants to wait til the summer then we could see each other. So we talk online talk on the phone...things are pretty good. But its July and we havent seen each other yet. He works 24/7. So I'm beginning to think that maybe he doesn't really like me and just talks on the phone to be nice....or that he's just too busy for a girlfriend in the first place. And I haven't been able to get ahold of him for 3 days...i want to call him and be very straight forward and basically find out are you interested or not? I still care for him but I've waited on him forever and if hes not interested, i dont want to bother him... what should i say to let him know how i feel or what should i ask him???

Just do what you said you wanted to do. Be very straight forward and ask him if he's interested or not. Tell him that you really like him but you can't wait for him forever, and ask if he likes you and wants to go out.
If you don't want to be that straight forward just ask him if he wants to hang out sometime. Maybe go to a movie or go out to eat. If he's still telling you that he wants to wait then give up on him and find someone else.
