liking ur best friend as more then a friend

ok i really like my best friend he is a year older but i still really like him. I am scared to tell him i like him because i did once before and he got mad...what should i do?

ok well I think you could try and ask a friend to ask him for you or you can write a note to him. I liked a guy and was afraid he didnt like me but once he knew, he liked me ,but if this guy still doesnt like you then you could always find someone else . Thanx for asking and Good luck Girl * :)
