I am 14, and i weigh like 100 pounds, so yeah im kinda skinny, but like around the very top of my thighs there is this like fat roll, i guess i can say, does anyone know any work outs for thighs??

Then kick your left leg up. then bring it to the ground but bend your knee so it hits the floor, but don't acutally hit the floor. then you do it with your right leg.
