ok u can try to get ur friend to ask her cousin if he likes u wat he thinks bout u or even if he would go out wit u (hypothetically).... or u can try the direct approach and talk to him bout this urself.... also some guys r embarresed bout flirting or flirtin wit certain grls cause that would show that they like them.... hope i helped
