meta tags again

alright, okay i get that you enter it in the html but i dont know where in the site do you enter it, homepage? and if so the begining of the page? middle? end? does it need a seperate paragraph? please get back to me asap! thank you soo much

oh yeah, and once you do add it, how can you be sure it works, and also, should anyone else be able to read the meta tag when the preview the site, and if you can, how do you make it so you can't? .

You put meta tags in the homepage because thats where you want people to go after seeing your webpage in the search engine. You can put it anywhere between the head and the body. No one should be able to read the metatags because it is not in the body of the website. So if you could read it, then theres something wrong. You'll know if your mata tags work once your website will be included in the result of a search engine. Do you still have any questions?
