my best friend is believing that i am talkign trash behind her back.....how can i prove that i aint?

Well Maggie, first you need to find out WHO is telling your best friend this. The once you do that...find out where they are getting their information from. Believe it or not I was in your same situation not more then 3 months ago. Just try to go to each person (your best friend and the person spreading these rumors) and get the stories straight on both sides....you and your friend will be back together again in no time at all!
