Im confused

im 13 yrs old almost 14 iv been strugglinh with eating disorders the past 2 years, ive been eating now regularyly and gaining the weight i lost back. its really hard knowing i used to be so thin, anyone have any advice? and im 5'1 or 5'2...for those two heights whats a healthy weight for them? thanks

For 5'2, you can be anywhere between 101 to 136, I think. Not sure for 5'1, but I hope I helped.

It depends. Some ppl who are 5'1 or 5'2.. they are muscular, and muscle weighs more than fat, so they could weigh about 120?.... yep. it all depends....... :)

im about your same height and im about 105 give or take a few lbs. but i have no muscle what so ever lol so its mostly celulite (or however u spell that) and fat. but im really pretty skinny just not toned lol

Anywhere from 98 - 136 is technically a healthy weight. If you're not already, you should start talking to a therapist and if you'd be comfortable with it, maybe join a support group .. you can also try looking around for message boards + websites dedicated to recovery .. try [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) or [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) ..
