Hey there. Yeah i was just actually thinking the same about two weeks ago. I decided that i should have a plan for each week about what activites i can do to stay fit. So i decided that i would take a jog around my block 1-3 times around 2-4 times a week. I will try my best to do about 25 sit-ups each day. Either when i wake up or before i go to bed. and other little stuff along the week. In summer i get very lazy, and i am very care-free. So i decided that i would change & have a daily plan. This plan has been working for me. Just start off each day fresh, and step by step. If you have any other questions just ask! i hope i helped!
