sqwats Hey thanks for the advice but this might sound stupid but how do you do sqwats and how many do you think i should do?

I did sqwats all the time when I use to play volleyball. You basically hold yourself in a sqwating position. It's like sitting without a chair. Slightly bend your knees, keep your back strait, strech your arms out for balance. Don't let your knees go past your feet, and make sure to keep your back straight because you tend to lean. It's quite painful at first, but you'll get use to it. Hold in a sqwauting position for 30-60 seconds at a time. I do it until I can't take the burn. Have fun! ]
