i am 13 years old and i think i need to diet.....i always try to cut down on my food i eat but i always end up giving in i need a quick way to diet that i wont give up on so fast

Okay well first of all unless you weigh like 160 pounds than you dont need to diet, but some good diets would be eating salad and try not to drink sodas or eat candy that often, have a good balanced meal everytime you eat, like a vegtable a main meal and either a fruit or a salad. water helps alot too, drink alot of water, and try jogging every night or day it helps alot with abs. !! dont get too worked up about the diet we dont want you to skinny now! ]
