okay well this is really common..dont worry about it..he's probably just shy and he's scared to do anything..or he doesnt know how maybe..but 3 months is a long time..lol if you're the type of girl that like..wants the guy to always make the first move..then maybe you should talk to him about it..tell him you're afraid that hes not into you the way you want him to be. or if you're not like that you could take it apon yourself to make the move lol..anyways..this thing someitimes comes quicker for some people..maybe not as long for others..but still..just maybe..go to a movie together and be all flirty with him lol and go from there..show him that you like him and dont be shy lol just be yourself..well good luck;) i hope i helped! okay well bye bye and have fun!:-D
