Hi, im stephanie and im 13 years old and im in the 8th grade. what should i do if i cut myself? i always feel like im alone in my life and no one is there for me...i cut myslef to release my pain...what should i do?

Many of my friends have had expeirience with this. Some things that they do are keep a log of when they have temptations to cut, and urges. Like say the date, and why you want to cut. Tell someone about it and get your feelings out.
