How do I lose weight?

I am overwieght at 185 pounds. I really don't eat all that much junk food, and excersize for a couple hours a week.
I am only 14 years old.
Can you help?

welll you seam to not be comfertable with your weight and if your not happy about it then no one around you will want to be happy about it either go see your doctor and see if something is wrong if there is then do somthing about it if not then work out a little bit more often
